I waited a long time with no acknowledgment from the receptionist. When I asked how much longer it would be, she acted like she’d never seen me before even though I had checked in, paid her, etc. George, the technician was WONDERFUL. VERY kind and courteous. He is a credit to your company.

Service was very fast. The waiting area feels dirty, the arm chairs were sticky, it was hard to decide where to sit. The receptionist was so impersonal, not rude but not polite at all, maybe they were tired from a long day. The technician for the CtScan was so nice and careful. Super quick and efficient. Got an MRI on my shoulder at this location this morning and it couldn't have gone any easier. I was prepared to have to fill out more paperwork and a long wait, but none of that happened. Just be sure to fill out all your paperwork online before going into the office. For me , I didn't have to change into a gown or anything, They put my valuables in a little locker and before I knew it , I was in the tube. Staff is great! The tech that did my MRI was great! They have a “large bore” MRI machine and it’s great if you’re claustrophobic like me. Note though… if your appointment is the first one of the day at 7:00am like mine was, don’t get there 15-30 minutes early like the confirmation email states. Staff doesn’t get there until 7:00am and I was there at 6:30am and had to wait, that’s why I knocked off 1 star. Plenty of parking. I had a great experience with Simon Med. I had no wait time with my appointment. I was in and out of there within 15 minutes. The radiologist was very kind and reassuring. I would definitely choose them to go back again.
