Reception was extremely nice and very friendly. I was a walk in so I knew there would be a wait it was taking longer so she said if I needed to leave the technician would be ready in 45 minutes so I ran an errand nearby and it worked out perfect! When I returned the took me in and my X-ray took 10 minutes!

On 3/2 had a 10am appt. Because I was new I was asked to come in 15 min early, I arrived at 9:30am. This was for an MRI. Long story short, I was finished at 11:55am. The young man at the front desk was very sweet and very apologetic for the long wait. As was the young man who was doing the MRI's. The waiting room was getting full but there were only 6 chairs. Those 2 guys were really hustling but they shouldn't have had to. I've had many MRI's but never in a machine like that, think it was old. These guys need a better syste... read more

I appreciated that they were able to get me in the next day. I was self pay and the price was great I thought. Everything happened much quicker than expected.

The receptionist was very pleasant, and professional, and I started on time. Technician made me feel very comfortable during the procedure. I’m very happy how my appointment went.

The staff and MRI technician were wonderful there. Where there is room for a lot of improvement is the crew in Philippines that are the call center who made my last 5 weeks a living hell and created a delay in my treatment as they canceled my previously scheduled MRI 3 weeks ago as they could not read a insurance approval. Staff on site great.... call center staff RUDE and MEAN.
