Reception was extremely nice and very friendly. I was a walk in so I knew there would be a wait it was taking longer so she said if I needed to leave the technician would be ready in 45 minutes so I ran an errand nearby and it worked out perfect! When I returned the took me in and my X-ray took 10 minutes!
SimonMed You’ll love this location. I live over near Summerlin but this location by St Rose Pkwy has the MRI compatible with my spinal stimulator. It was so nice to meet the young lady at the desk. She was so nice when I got there and even wished me a blessed day as I left. Really, Here in Las Vegas? Ok she’s actually in Henderson but you get my meaning. Also the very nice and accommodating young man who worked to do my MR Brain MRI. Great staff & location. Thank you.
I arrived for my scheduled appointment at 1:45PM, I was attended at 3:40PM. Asked about rescheduling after 1 hour wait, the front desk said even if I reschedule there is no assurity that I will be attended right away in my next appointment. The reason they gave is "If previous patents get delayed then everyone gets delayed behind them." I told them, they should notify the patients if their schedule is running behind by more then 1 hour. I appreciated that they were able to get me in the next day. I was self pay and the price was great I thought. Everything happened much quicker than expected.
The front desk rep the young woman there I was letting her know I have an appt so instead her just checking for authorization she immediately was dismissive & rude I had to call my pcp & my insurance to verify with them to fax over things and in the middle she stated you can hang up with them instead her calling and verifying I had to just to prove it was authorized .Her customer service is very poor , rude dismissive the right way would to say one moment let me check first instead of immediately dismissing and not checking ... read more
