The experience overall was not especially efficient. Before: I appreciated the call and guidance on how to get in the building. Very helpful. I filled out the online forms. Once I arrived, I had to fill out a similar form. That always annoys me, and it seemed to be an issue for other people as well. The receptionist was nice, but one client was taking all of her time. The people who work here are so incredibly kind, efficient, and communicative. My appointment was rescheduled twice—but the admin did everything she could to try to fix the situation (my Dr ordered the wrong test) and to help reschedule me and keep me informed. The tech was on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was not uncomfortable in any way. I would definitely recommend this location. My only complaint would be that there’s no direct line to call them.

Utter torture making the appointment. First one was not made at all for some reason, next one was made but no confirmation email. is the appointment made? Who knows. Time spent on phone between having to call twice, over an hour and a half(!) For what it's worth I don't think the agent is to blame I think it's their system being completely terrible. I tried to make the appointment online and that didn't work either because their system is too structured and wouldn't let me go forward because I didn't have a PO Box on my me... read more

The receptionist (?Melanie?) who checked me in at the San Francisco facility was professional, detailed, explained everything understandably, and tried to adjust the schedule to fit my needs. She really impressed me. More importantly, during my long but expected waiting time for my procedure, I was able to listen in on interchanges she had with patients regarding their insurances, a very challenging job. I would have given your facility 5 stars but your front desk staff was incredibly rude. My appointment was at 2pm and she insisted it was 1:45pm. I arrived at 1:55pm and please keep in mind your facility on Van Ness street is not located well. She argued with me and very unprofessional. Thank goodness was your technician who performed my MRI. She was nice and professional! It was wasn’t for her, your rating would have been a zero!
