I read all the bad reviews of this place before coming here (it was my only option for a timely CT heart scan). The receptionist really does sit in a closet but it’s not an issue. In contrast to the one star reviews, I had a great experience. The receptionist was kind and worked to solve my initial issue with my insurance. Truly excellent MRI technicians and on site experience. Very top notch in that area. HOWEVER, I feel like the appt management and back office parts are rather sub par. eg the appt person asked for way too much info - the process took nearly 20min. It’s hard to get detailed info about procedures in advance. Calls are routed to a central office who have zero expertise. Very friendly but borderline useless. The staff especially the receptionist needs to learn to be kind & polite.Her attitude is very rude and discriminating. Also the pricing mentioned on the call and jn person are different. Be careful. They do not inform about receiving the Doctor’s order prior to the appointment. The center is clean.
The location was very convenient. The checkin staff was very professional and friendly. Not sure why I had to pre-fill an online check-in form...then redo it on paper when I checked in (this is always strange to me when medical providers require this). My procedure happened on time and the technician was friendly, professional and efficient. I recommend SimonMed Imaging1
Had an appointment scheduled for 12:30PM and was instructed to arrive 30 minutes early, which I did only to find out that the front desk is on lunch from 12-12:30PM so my time was wasted waiting for the staff to be back from lunch. It’s not the staff’s fault but SimonMed should correct its appointment and/or arrival times to account for this. Two stars to give others a heads up for awareness so your time isn’t wasted either.
