I really enjoyed dealing with Simplicity! The staff, especially Joseph, were very friendly and they do quality work. The only feedback I have is that for future I’d give more open timelines for when work is to be completed to accommodate any potential delays. When I initially called to book my appointment for my car to come in, I was told by the gentleman on the phone the car would only take 2 days to complete. It took over a week and then some. We had a great experience at Simplicity from start to finish. On top of fixing it flawlessly, they cleaned it and washed it for us. I recommend them 💯. My car was in after I was struck on my way home from work. Simplicity was amazing at keeping in contact with my insurance, friendly, professional and right in line with their estimated time to complete. I've had the unfortunate experience of needing to use their services twice from being hit, and both times they've done a fantastic job.
