If you have an older vehicle, get another opinion before relying on an estimate from this shop. In my experience, the estimate used expensive OEM replacement items — including a new OEM liftgate shell of about $1,670 plus tax — in a way that did not seem practical for a 2003 vehicle and appeared to inflate the repair total unnecessarily.
