I really enjoyed dealing with Simplicity! The staff, especially Joseph, were very friendly and they do quality work. The only feedback I have is that for future I’d give more open timelines for when work is to be completed to accommodate any potential delays. When I initially called to book my appointment for my car to come in, I was told by the gentleman on the phone the car would only take 2 days to complete. It took over a week and then some.
