I had an amazing experience with this auto body shop! From start to finish, the team was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. They kept me updated throughout the repair process and made everything smooth and stress-free. The quality of the work was outstanding—my car looks brand new again!
The work was good. The car was ready 4 days later than the estimate suggested with zrwo communication, I had to call to check on the status after the day had passed. The interior sent they used when cleaning the car was strong and unpleasant. I wish they would have asked before using any sent inside the car. Other than the above the work was done right and the staff are pleasant.
I was referred to Simplicity car care by my insurance company. My car took two whole months to come. I was given like 5 different dates as to when my car would be good to pick up but they were all delayed. When I went to pick up my car, not all the work was done so I had to come back and have them do work again on it. My business with Simplicity has always been arranged through my Insurance. Impressive garage with a lot of vehicles being serviced by lots of Mechanics. Deserves 5-Stars save for having to wait almost 5 Months for a part to arrive, and they tried to do me a favour, but they installed a flat-tire I had stored in my trunk. Didn’t realize until I drove off the Lot… no biggie. Good customer service.
Had a very positive experience. My back was hurt i was unavailable to drive. The experimental valit service offered at this location with Desjardins insurance was a blessing. The paint job was exceptional, very professional certified work👏 looked good as new. Junior went above and beyond to cover every aspect. I would diffenetly recommend this place.
