Back in December 2024, my husband and I were driving on the Henday heading home from a family member's birthday celebration when we were struck by a stolen vehicle and pushed off the road into snow. Fortunately another driver was following them and called the police, so Air 1 was already following them and apprehended them. Sam was exceptionally thorough when going over my car and the damages he was going to correct. He was patient and kind in explanations and was honest with me which is especially nice as a woman that is not vehicle savvy. Lily at the front was also amazing! She helped me through the process and was very friendly. Overall outstanding customer service and the shop is extremely professional, detailed and committed to quality work. My vehicle looks amazing after taking it to simplicity! Wouldn't deal with any other body shop!

Very disappointing experience with Simplicity Car Care. I visited this location to get an estimate for repairing a small scratch on my vehicle. Instead of receiving a welcoming customer experience, I found the atmosphere to be cold and uninviting. After asking for a general estimate, I was informed that I would have to pay $50 just to receive one. Sam was fantastic. On my initial visit he pointed out some questions to ask my insurance company. I’ll called twice to ask questions. He was patient and very courteous. After I agreed to the quote he ordered the parts and told me what day they would arrive. I dropped my car off early Monday morning and it was finished by 4:30 p m on Wednesday of the same week. I would highly recommend Simplicity north location 154 St and 118 Ave.
