I and a few family members have had excellent body repair work done here. They even shopped around and found me the best price on a new OEM grille for a repair that I was paying for out-of-pocket. The finished work made my truck look so good… better than it did even before tbe body work was needed. And they did a better job at washing my truck than I would have done myself!! All done quickly and on schedule. Great job, Simplicity!!
Simplicity Car Care is awesome! Our old, beloved work truck got rear-ended, and they went the extra mile to source the best-condition used parts possible, along with new parts where needed, to keep the repair cost down and reduce the chance of the truck being written off. I brought my vehicle here for repairs through my insurance, but I am extremely disappointed with the results. Not only did the car come back with unresolved mechanical issues, but it also sustained significant cosmetic damage while in the shop’s care. They haven’t fixed the color of the logo and added new scratches on the hood of my car.
