I had a great experience with this body shop. The team was professional, transparent, and genuinely caring throughout the entire repair process. They kept me informed at every stage and always made sure to look out for my best interests. The work on my car turned out excellent, and I truly appreciated how attentive and reliable they were. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality repairs and outstanding customer service!
I definitely do not recommend this auto body shop, because: 1) At first, they forgot to order the parts needed to repair my car. (I had to wait more than two months.) 2) The work at this body shop was terrible. They called and told me the car was ready, but when I went there the first time, they had forgotten to apply the PPF. A day later, they called again and said the car was ready. Very welcoming people. They answered all my questions and walked me through all the paperwork from the insurance. Overall, it was a very friendly environment. Very easy to deal with. The reason I chose them was due to the very detailed estimate they provided. Kept me updated on the progress of the repair. Great post service. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the repair looked great and it was very clean. I would highly recommend these guys.
