I had a great experience with this body shop. The team was professional, transparent, and genuinely caring throughout the entire repair process. They kept me informed at every stage and always made sure to look out for my best interests. The work on my car turned out excellent, and I truly appreciated how attentive and reliable they were. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality repairs and outstanding customer service!
Very welcoming people. They answered all my questions and walked me through all the paperwork from the insurance. Overall, it was a very friendly environment. Jasmine communicated well throughout my appointment and follow-up, Jigar was amazing, and Julie smiled to make me feel supported. Thank you, guys, for fixing my car. Edmonton's best! 😊
Excellent experience with Simplicity Car Care Edmonton West. Our 2025 Toyota Tacoma was professionally repaired after an insurance claim, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The workmanship was outstanding, the communication throughout the process was excellent, and the vehicle was returned looking like new. The entire team was courteous, professional, and committed to quality from start to finish. We had just been through a very serious medical accident, and a situation like that is already extremely str... read more
Very easy to deal with. The reason I chose them was due to the very detailed estimate they provided. Kept me updated on the progress of the repair. Great post service. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the repair looked great and it was very clean. I would highly recommend these guys.
