The customer service I received when I first dropped off my vehicle and later picked it up was very good. Customer service is still alive and well here at Windsor Autobod, the two ladies are aces. It was conducted with a smile , expediency and humor. I delt with Gary, who gets straight to the point and didnt waste my time. A big shout out for the high quality of work man ship in the back. They did such a great job that I will come back to get more work done. I will highly recommend them to all I know. Thank you

Not happy at all. After 1 week, they still did not have an estimate for us. When we brought it over to a different repair shop, they found more items wrong (due to hitting a moose). Windsor only wanted to put on after market parts, the other company was able to get mostly OEM.
The staff is super friendly and kept me updated on my vehicle. They did a beautiful job fixing my car.
Amazing service and speedy time for our insurance claim. They went above and beyond and even fixed some things that another auto body shop did poorly in the past. Definitely the only place I'll ever use if needed
