Unfortunately I had to have some body work done to my truck,. Because someone didint look in their mirror or back up camera and smashed into my rear door! Fortunately, we were able to sort things out and the guys at Simplicity did a great job. I was told by the insurance i wouldn't have my truck back for 9 "business" days! We took my husbands truck in for a bumper repair when I was 8.5 months pregnant - these guys were so helpful, professional, and did everything to keep the costs down as much as possible for us. They also cleaned the truck perfectly (which we were not expecting!). So grateful for the detailed and amazing work these guys did. Would always use and recommend and a big thank you to the team for all you did.
I took my car in first thing Monday morning and was expecting to get it back a week later. I was totally surprised to get a phone call on mid afternoon on Thursday that the car was ready. Wow it turned out. There was a cancellation and so the manager put two tech’s on my car. A big thank you for the very efficient service
