Marco and his team did excellent paint job on my 2018 Taurus as it had rust spots on the roof due to stone chips and peeling paint on the trunk. Paint job is done so well and perfectly matched; it looks factory fresh. Marco was very pleasant all the time, finished the job in provided timeline and he even went above and beyond with the service by fixing my car's slightly bent fender. Receptionists were also very kind and friendly to deal with.
Had my collision repair handled here with Simplicity. The team was very professional and handled the repair very well. They kept me updated throughout the process and immediately addressed any additional concerns I had. When I took my car back to the dealership they said everything was done extremely well, so I would highly recommend Simplicity!

UNBELIEVABLE. I had some nasty scraping on the front fender of my 2016 Forester. Picked it up this morning. I didn't recognize the car. Looked brand new! Further, the interior was fully cleaned without any mention of that from me in the repair request. I HIGHLY recommend this service outlet. Beyond my expectations.
