I had a really great experience with this auto body shop from start to finish. The team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and easy to deal with throughout the whole process. We had our Mazda repaired here because there are directly tied with our insurance. The paint match was excellent, th the front end staff and management are superb! There was a few hiccups with the work done and all issues were dealt with in a timely fashion. Yes, we all hope for near perfect work with no issues but things can happen. A company that owns up and makes it right, that count huge in my eyes. Thank you for outstanding service.
The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions and helped me along the process of what to do after a collision. They were efficient and reliable. My vehicle was fixed and they cleaned the inside too. I was super impressed all around with the customer service.
Simplicity Car Care has fixed my car on three separate occasions. Each time they have done a perfect repair on my vehicle. My car looked like a brand new vehicle. They also clean your car inside and out. Floor mats everything. Fantastic! The office staff are welcoming and make you feel like your car is in good hands. They make it as stress free as possible. I highly recommend Simplicity Car Care!
