The repair process went very smoothly from start to finish. Communication throughout was excellent and timely, which made the entire experience stress-free. I specifically requested OEM parts, and Simplicity Car Care was able to source and install them as requested. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions and helped me along the process of what to do after a collision. They were efficient and reliable. My vehicle was fixed and they cleaned the inside too. I was super impressed all around with the customer service.

Overall experience was good. Friendly desk staff and quick turn around. The day of pickup my wife was not shown what was done to our vehicle and she had to drive back to get bolts tightened on a door guide rod as it was clunking as you opened the door and she had to show a guy orange peel and debris in the finish paint too. This was not what we expected. My wife was told they can't finish the paint smooth like factory....that was not a very professional response from a body shop. Simplicity Car Care has fixed my car on three separate occasions. Each time they have done a perfect repair on my vehicle. My car looked like a brand new vehicle. They also clean your car inside and out. Floor mats everything. Fantastic! The office staff are welcoming and make you feel like your car is in good hands. They make it as stress free as possible.
