I was extremely pleased with the service provided at Simplicity Car Care. The repairs and four wheel alignment made the car look and drive like new. The repair price was excatly as quoted and the work was very well done. I would highly reommend Rick and his team as they were thorough and professional in advising me on everything that needed to be repaired without over selling the work that had to be done.

Extremely displeased with the outcome of my appointment today, scheduled for a tire swap on a set of rims. I was quoted 1-1.25 hours for this service, which is the standard time at various garages in the area, so I decided to wait around. Ended up receiving my car 2.5 hours later, at 1:30pm, from initial drop off time. I understand unexpected events arise at a garage however for a tire swap with acknowledgment that the customer is waiting around at agreed upon timeframe, 2.5 hours is quite the turnaround. I would not hesitate to return or recommend Simplicity, because of there ever-friendly and accommodating attitude. There were a few problems, but for every con, there was a pro: -There was a scuff on a newly painted fender; but they buffed it out immediately. -The gap at the front of the hood varies by several millimeters; but the lads at Krown Rustproofing all said it was a good job, and I should be happy they got it that close. -They called me to pick up the car without a front licence plate, or the necessary mounting brac... read more
