Their customer service is great. After my collision my car was still driveable but I was uncomfortable driving it with the dent in the front. They did a quick cosmetic fix for me so I could drive it while they were ordering parts to bring it in for full repairs. When the repair date came, they organized the rental pick-up for me. The car was also finished quickly within the timeframe they promised. Everyone who served customers at Simplicity was warm, friendly and helpful.

Thanks to everyone who works at this dealership, from those who respond to customers to those who are inside the repair shop and are trying to complete their work in a way that keeps customers satisfied. I went here to check and replace my car's windshield, and I am satisfied with both the behavior of the staff and the service they provided me. I hope they always work with quality and are customer-oriented.

Amazing experience from drop off to pick up. I was updated on the work being done on my vehicle from start to finish. I strongly recommend Simplicity on Merivale Rd. Thank you Rick!

Had some significant body and mechanical work done and was very impressed all around. Professional, knowledgeable, excellent communication, thorough, and reasonably priced for the work done. They were focussed on getting the job done properly and even deducted costs which later turned out not to be necessary. Interacted with several different people and they were all great and clearly worked well as team. Very happy with the process and the results. So glad i came across them. Thanks!

I was extremely pleased with the service provided at Simplicity Car Care. The repairs and four wheel alignment made the car look and drive like new. The repair price was excatly as quoted and the work was very well done. I would highly reommend Rick and his team as they were thorough and professional in advising me on everything that needed to be repaired without over selling the work that had to be done.
