Great service from start to finish. The team worked directly with the dealership to handle quotes, approvals, and all the coordination, which made the whole process much easier for us. Shawn, the owner, truly cared about making sure we were happy with the final results. Had an altercation with a barricade mid afternoon on a Friday. EMS, fire and RCMP showed up. Got a tow truck to haul my half destroyed truck in to these guys at 230 and they were wonderful. Within half an hour had a plan, got me into a taxi to make my 5 pm meeting in Red Deer. Stayed in contact through the whole ordeal/estimate stage until it was all done. Great group of people!!!
Heros disguised as auto body people!! I had a paint job gone wrong by a previous (non-Ponoka) shop, and was recommended by multiple people to check out Shaun and his team at Reflections. Man am I glad we did!! We did a test job on my tailgate, which came out fantastic, and Shaun was able to get my truck in the following week. Dropped the truck off on Monday, and just picked it up tonight (Thursday). Truck looks amazing, and the price was awesome. Thanks again Shaun and team!!
They were the best quote in town by over 1000 dollars, did great work, and very friendly staff.
Simplicity Car Care is outstanding in service, professionalism, care, knowledge. Sharla(?) is an angel mechanic in disguise. I will highly recommend this prestigious company for all care needs. Whether, it's for insurance purposes or not. I cannot praise the company enough.
