Kept searching for a location that would be able to fix the hood of our sprinter with minimal Down time. Had a call with the office and they were very knowledgeable and walked me through where to find the right information for them to order the parts. I’ve been to Simplicity Car Care twice and overall had a great experience. The first time, everything was smooth and I was very happy with the repair. The second time I needed bumper repairs after hitting a pole. There was a small issue with the trunk alignment after the repair, so I had to bring it back, which was unfortunate — but they fixed it right away at no charge and made sure everything was properly aligned. It is my first time to deal with Simplicity. I was impressed by the quality of work and customer service standard they have. Although I did not pick up he car first time due to observations on dents and paint corrections. They fixed all the issues on promised time and handed over the car as good as new. I recommend them for big jobs and major fixes.
Ray and his team did an amazing job fixing my car. The entire process was very smooth and the turnaround time was way below my expectations. Although some damages on the bottom of the car were missed initially, Ray fixed them perfectly as soon as I told him. Honest company, honest people! Would highly recommend this shop. Ray is an excellent manager! I worked with him over 30 years ago at Miele and I can honestly tell you he is the nicest guy to work with. His technician are paid by the "hour" not "flat rate" so they don't rush to complete work. He held my car an extra day to make sure everything was done right. He wants his customers to be happy and will gladly go out of his way to make sure everything is done to the highest standard.
