Ray and his team did an amazing job fixing my car. The entire process was very smooth and the turnaround time was way below my expectations. Although some damages on the bottom of the car were missed initially, Ray fixed them perfectly as soon as I told him. Honest company, honest people! My family into two different car accidents and Ray took care of the tow truck costs out of his pocket and took care of the issue right away for me. He fix my cars very well that it did not look damaged anymore. The car look brand new again and made sure the car looked nice and clean for me. He is a very honest man and reliable worker, and I am very happy with his services.
I picked up my vehicle on June 27th, 2025 from Simplicity car care, the body shop recommended by Allstate. Unfortunately, I noticed several new minor damages that were not present before the repair. I brought this to the attention of the shop staff, but they denied that the damages occurred while the car was in their care. It took about a couple months to get the part for my car repair but once it came everything went pretty fast. Ray and other people were very friendly and professional and helpful and did a great job on my car. Thanks 🙏🏽
