Very smooth move-in experience Very nice storage facility and employees!
CONVENIENT AND FRIENDLY I got the first month free for a 5 x 5, only paid an administration fee plus what was due the last few days (since i opened account at the end of Nov), and they do provide locks but I had my own so I did not have to pay that additional fee. The service woman was extremely kind, charismatic, helpful, and knowledgeable. She also was playing this really calming jazz Christmas station, so 5 out of 5 for an overall good experience
Nice facility Nice facility and property. Where my unit is located though, it is in a very creepy place and I definitely do not want to be there after the sun goes down by myself. Frustrating because at first over the phone I was told my unit is climate controlled. When I got there, the guy said âactually, itâs notâ. And it was the same guy Iâd spoken to on the phone.
5 stars Great place, great customer service. I definitely recommend the location.
Over all made me feel safe holding my home items there My experience with the walk through was excellent. The manager was very nice and gave a great presentation of our unit.
Awesome Very clean Safe And the price was right. I would differently recommend this place to others.
Did not get the unit I asked for even though I had a confirmation number! Very good at calling you not so good at keeping the reservations right! Inconvenient for someone who is using a moving company!
