Tha app informed me I owed $187.00 for storage on Grand Blvd. When I took in the check, the computer said $191.00. Robert did his best to explain the indefencable and deal with my disgust and mistrust with Public Storage.
I went to go grab an item from my unit and noticed the plastic slide the covers the key hole on the lock had been slid open. It's tight so it didn't happen by itself. I removed the lock which HAD NOT BEEN CUT and opened the door. It had been rummaged through and some things were stolen. A couple notes about the experience here. I rented the unit BEFORE Public Storage bought them out and jacked the rent 33%!
