we rented a unit online and once we got to the unit we realized it was too small. we went into the office where we met Joe. he was so helpful in getting us moved into another unit. he took the time to explain and showed us the unit before we committed to getting it. thanks to Joe it was a painless experience. his manner and the way he cared about our needs was incredible.
Scammers!!!! They tell you that you get 1 month for $1. They LIE. My contract began October 11th, I paid $51.71 to begin with. They told me November would be $1. My card was charged $75.60 on November 2nd. NOT even one month after I signed up. There's also no corporate number to call. I highly recommend going elsewhere!!!
***Update- Someone from Public Storage called me, I forgot her name but she was very nice. She refunded my money and was very apologetic about my experience.**** I called Public Storage on 8/10/25 to view the storage facility to see if it would work for our needs but they said they don't allow that and I would have to reserve the unit. They said if it doesn't work for us that we would receive a refund. It didn't work for us so I called the same day that I reserved the unit to cancel. They said they would issue a refund.
