I went to the gosling location to see about renting out a unit and Michelle, who was a super friendly and helpful employee went above and beyond accommodating my needs! This is the type of customer service this world needs more of! I was very pleased to do business with them and they've earned a customer for life!
Michelle provided great customer service. She was very helpful. She helped me consolidate a couple of my storage units and even caught a monthly overcharge before I did. She was very very helpful
STAY FAR AWAY! DO NOT RENT HERE! Dedicated renter for 6-7 years and refused fix my unit. THIS PLACE IS A SICK JOKE & THEY ALLOW PEOPLE TO LIVE AND SLEEP “hide out” in units. Entire buildings are infested with BLACK MOLD people have urinated inside elevators and units. After years of being a loyal customer, rolling with the price increases and insurance crap and changed policies they ripped their britches with our tribe when they wanted payment ONE day past due rent. Years of paying on time and one day we needed grace due to a death in the family and bad storm that delayed a hired truck to carry off bits of trash we couldn’t handle, all contents were removed except trash and they couldn’t give us a few hours!!!
