I would suggest avoiding this location to the greatest extent possible. Our experience has been terrible— ranging from pest issues to inability to access our unit. There is a single elevator and it has been broken for over a month. I had left a review of this facility but took it down because the company advised the elevator would be fixed. Based on their word, I assumed the elevator had been fixed and sent movers over to remove our items. I stopped by public storage to rent a storage, Michelle greeted me at the door she showed me different options, was very friendly and professional, she had amazing customer service and help me find the perfect space I am very impressed and satisfied with my rental. These days you don't see amazing customer service like that anymore. Thank you Michelle & public storage.
Clean facility and easy access to gate. They have great customer service. Michelle the manager was always attentive and answered all my questions promptly with great enthusiasm. I would definitely rent here if i need to. Thank you guys. ❤️
I highly recommend public Storage and this location! Stopped in to get an idea of what size storage I’m going to need for next month and when I walked in the door, a lovely lady named michelle was at the counter, she welcomed me with a huge smile and had exceptional customer service. Never did I feel rushed or a bother to her even with having her show me 3 different storages in the rain. If you are looking for storage Public Storage is a place to go!
