Michelle has been very very nice to me. She helped me out. The people had cut my lock and I had no way of getting another lock and she provided me with another lock for your charge. The storage is always available for me to get into is very clean, no complications and no thefts. I love it here.
My representative mikeala, was very helpful today. I told her my rate was too high, she pushed it up to management and they approved a lower rate. She has always been great and done a great job.
Stopped by this location yesterday to look at a storage space. I must say the customer service was amazing! Michelle who helped me find the right size space for my needs was so friendly, informative, and patient. Loved how clean the property was also. Definitely recommend. Thank you Michelle and public storage!
I had my things in storage for a while, and it was time for me to close it up. Michelle was very helpful in this process. She was able to give me clear answers to what we needed to do to make this transition smooth before I came back in town. Thanks Michelle for everything and your customer service. ( hard to find these days) Give this woman a raise.
