I went to the gosling location to see about renting out a unit and Michelle, who was a super friendly and helpful employee went above and beyond accommodating my needs! This is the type of customer service this world needs more of! I was very pleased to do business with them and they've earned a customer for life!
Michelle provided great customer service. She was very helpful. She helped me consolidate a couple of my storage units and even caught a monthly overcharge before I did. She was very very helpful

She has helped me get multiple storage units, and she is just absolutely amazing, attentive, and dedicated to her customers. Due to recent life changing events and having to make a drastic move at final notice reaching out to Michelle has made the transition not only exceptional but aswell stress free. She provided us with the assistance needed, was sympathetic, communicative, ensured satisfaction of both sides, and showed empathy indicating there are good people in this world. Overall the facility is clean, maintained, and the staff is very helpful.
