Public Storage is great! everything is clean and safe, mostly a great experience to bring your extra stuff in to the vault. Prices are phenomenal and the location very strategic. Miss Hazra delivers the right assistance and keeps everything super clean, good job!
Hazra and aaliyah are amazing at customer service but unfortunately they are restricted by ridiculous corporations policies. One example of stupidity was during hurricane years ago. I had already had been a client for years. I had lost work during the storm and had never missed a payment. They wouldn't eat a late payment fee I switched storage and saved 80% they don't want to keep old clients
Hazra provided exceptional support to me as I rented a unit at this location. The property is clean and well maintained. She was very thorough and knowledgeable in the rental process. I got the unit I wanted and at a great price. She was also very friendly. Highly recommend!👍
Erica is absolutely amazing. She help me sign through text which did not work not once, twice, by the third time she suggested email and i wanted to get more aggravated. As we laughed about this she walked me through the email link. She has a great humor, able to handle stressful customers like me. Erica is a prime example of what your company standard should be. Thank you
I had a wonderful experience. We rent for more than a year! It’s very safe and clean. Erica helped when we checked in and out. I truly recommend!
