Erica provides great service and has gone out of her way to assist and always puts the customer first. She is a great steward and representative of the Public Storage brand. I have used Public Storage many times over the years and have never been disappointed. Erica goes above and beyond and takes her responsibilities seriously and is very professional. 5 Stars.
I talk to Erica today about canceling my storage unit. She was very helpful and very pleasant to talk to. Erica was able to do everything over the phone which is a big help as I did not have to go down to the storage unit to cancel my unit. I would highly recommend this place as it is right off of State Road 7 in Boca Raton.
Erica at the Boca location was a HUGE help! She is knowledgeable and customer driven. Erica saved me a ton of time by her dedication and perseverance. She made everything easy and helped me to resolve all of my concerns. Highly recommend her services.
