Public Storage is great! everything is clean and safe, mostly a great experience to bring your extra stuff in to the vault. Prices are phenomenal and the location very strategic. Miss Hazra delivers the right assistance and keeps everything super clean, good job!

Erica is absolutely amazing. She help me sign through text which did not work not once, twice, by the third time she suggested email and i wanted to get more aggravated. As we laughed about this she walked me through the email link. She has a great humor, able to handle stressful customers like me. Erica is a prime example of what your company standard should be.
