I love my therapist Rima with LifeStance. She’s been absolutely amazing. I always feel better after talking with her. The online interface is easy and hides self view so it feels almost like having an in person conversation. I also see my psychiatrist through LifeStance and that’s been very convenient and helpful. Overall it’s been a great way to get support for my mental health.
