I’ve been seeing Sinthia on and off for a few years now and feel so lucky to have found a therapist like her! She’s helped me through my anxiety, grief, and some of my darkest moments. I’ll forever be grateful for the guidance and tools she’s given me to navigate all that life throws at us.
After years and many attempts to find a Latina therapist that I feel a great rapport with I found Sinthia through Lifestance. My insurance plan has changed a few times throughout the years but I make sure the provider never changes so I can keep seeing Sinthia. She has been consistent and flexible with me as my plans changed. Our session are always a time for me to be present, reflect, plan, and it is so helpful and recharging to take time for me with how busy life gets. So grateful to have gotten connected ❤️
