Always a good experience at Siranli. I never have to wait long. The hygienists do great work. I never feel like I'm getting up-sold like I see at some other area dental practices. Had my recent cleaning, but also have been doing Invisalign and overall it's a solid experience with Siranli. Strong recommend if you're in NW DC.
I called to try and make an appointment with the dentist at the DuPont location of Siranli dental. For some reason she had access to my medical notes, and started reading loudly from the file, refusing to stop reading out aloud from my medical notes even when I asked her to. Instead of making an appointment, she insisted she knew my symptoms better than I did, refused to apologize for her inappropriate conduct, refused to acknowledge that she is not a doctor, and disconnected my call without any explanation. Today I went for my first yearly cleaning and everyone was great . Starting with the front desk she was super sweet and walked me through everything . My cleaning went great as well she walked me through what she would be doing as she was doing it ! I think that’s a great Quality to have, especially for people like me who aren’t aware of certain things going on inside of our mouth and how to properly keep up with the maintenance of keeping healthy Teeth . I was searching for a new dentist in the DMV area and did lots of research on various platforms. Dr. Simmonette was highly reviewed so I scheduled an appointment. The DuPont location offices were clean and the staff were extremely kind. The dental hygienist that did my cleaning, Melissa Stapley, was great! She was attentive, thorough, and had a soft touch that didn’t leave my teeth hurting or gums bloody. Dr. Simmonette was also super nice and communicative. I very much enjoyed my hygienist Melisa! She was wonderful and extremely professional. My issue is having an appoint scheduled for 7/1. On 6/17 I get a confirmation email “your appointment is just around the corner.” I then get a phone call 6/25 saying “we are closed 7/1” and I need to re schedule.
