I booked an appointment with Dr. Simmonett, who is in-network with CareFirst insurance. However, without informing me, they changed the appointment and scheduled me to see Dr. Miller, who is out of network. As a result, I had to pay $755 for a routine dental cleaning that should have only been a $50 copay. They refused to take responsibility for the mistake.
