This is the FASTEST approval I’ve ever received for apartments! I applied Thursday and got approved next day and moved in that Saturday! I thought this was the place for me. Going through some difficult times in my life I decided to move here to get away. I didn't sign a lease I only applied and got approved. Once I was approved I gave the holding deposit to the office (refundable upon move out, if everything in the apartment was left in good condition".
