The staff was great. They explained clearly what was happening. I felt comfortable. My husband was able to stay with me. The surgeon was OK. I do wish he had introduced himself when he first came in.
From the time I checked in until the time I checked out the staff (from the lady at the front, thru Naya and Dr Fakhouri) I was well taken care of. They made sure that I was kept informed as to what was happening and that I was comfortable with what they were doing. Couldn’t have been a better experience. Highly recommended this practice.
Staff were very efficient and friendly. Nurse technician made me feel very comfortable while getting me ready for surgical procedure. The Doctor impressed me with her friendliness and ability to explain in very understandable terms what she was about to perform on me. I highly suggest this facility.
We (my wife and I) have both been patients of this practice. The office is very professional and the dermatologic surgeons are very skilled in mohs surgery. We highly recommend them for your dermatologic surgical needs.
