The people were excellent ! I was told exactly what was going to happen and how long it was going to take. I was properly numbed before the cancer was removed from my arm and there was no pain. As expected more was removed but no more removal was necessary. The site was bandaged and wound care was discussed and after scheduling a follow-up I was released. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely happy to be there and to see patients. The surgeon did an excellent job, no pain at all and they were able to completely clear the area.
Had skin cancer removed from face and head. Got in and out very fast. did results on the spot. Very professional and answered all my questions. Kept me in the loop. Would highly recommend ! David M.
My mother had an excision done in the Conroe office. She was treated very rude by the medical assistant. The Physician that preformed the excision had a horrible bedside manner. They sent her home with medication that interacts with her BP meds and an ABT that she cannot nor could ever tolerate. Mother stated that the only nice person was the Medical Secretary at the front desk. She asked for a pillow to rest her head, and the MA stated they did not have any pillows.
