Excellent visit to Dr Fakhouri, the staff at check-in was polite and very helpful getting my insurance registered and then off to the sterile room where I received preparation set up and what would take place. Doctor showed up and asked if I had any questions and then the procedure began. Zero pain levels during the entire procedure and a very smooth procedure the entire time. My procedure at SCS was extremely positive. The front desk staff are professional, polite, and very competent and efficient. My nurse was super nice, and explained EVERYTHING to me fully and concisely. She was compassionate and caring throughout the procedure. Their staff is very efficient and friendly. Unlike other doctors offices, I did not have to fill out forms with redundant information time after time after time. The front desk personnel were responsive, attentive, and accommodating. Gabby and Dr. Safir were very professional, and obviously skilled in their profession. The procedure went flawless, and I am very pleased.
I've had multiple skin surgeries with these folks and they are the best. I would highly recommend them. They go the extra for perfection and make process pain-free as possible. Thank you Dr. Fakhouri and staff.
Staff and Dr. Safeer are amazing. Both consult and procedure went very well and you can tell there is extreme care as a priority. Follow up post procedure a definite thumbs up.
