Their staff is very efficient and friendly. Unlike other doctors offices, I did not have to fill out forms with redundant information time after time after time. The front desk personnel were responsive, attentive, and accommodating. Gabby and Dr. Safir were very professional, and obviously skilled in their profession. The procedure went flawless, and I am very pleased.
My procedure at SCS was extremely positive. The front desk staff are professional, polite, and very competent and efficient. My nurse was super nice, and explained EVERYTHING to me fully and concisely. She was compassionate and caring throughout the procedure. Staff and Dr. Safeer are amazing. Both consult and procedure went very well and you can tell there is extreme care as a priority. Follow up post procedure a definite thumbs up. Incision area appears it will heal nicely and not noticeable. Would highly recommend Dr. Safeer and team at Skin Care Specialist.
The people were excellent ! I was told exactly what was going to happen and how long it was going to take. I was properly numbed before the cancer was removed from my arm and there was no pain. As expected more was removed but no more removal was necessary. The site was bandaged and wound care was discussed and after scheduling a follow-up I was released. I was impressed by the efficiency and kindness of the doctor and each of her staff I encountered. That was particularly appreciated during the procedure; where I expected much discomfort, I felt very little - surely a testament to their excellence in training and experience? That made all the difference in the procedure.
