The office was very nice which helps a lot. When I had to wait for test results as they worked on me they had a TV . They checked in on me a lot. All the staff was very respectful and talk to me. They were very professional all of them. They were careful that I wasn't hurting. You could just tell that they cared about the patient. Throughout the whole visit they made sure I knew what was going on and they were very informative about everything. Thank you so much for your kindness through my whole visit. Karen Wright
The office staff is amazing. Very helpful. I was scheduled for the Mohrs surgery and was so scared. Could not sleep the night before. Dr. Pitts reassured me that I would not feel anything. She was correct. She has a great bedside manor and explained it all. She is soft spoken. Just love her and the staff. I recommend Cancer Specialist whole heartedly.
Great appointment from beginning to end. I was very nervous about my procedure but the entire office was warm, welcoming and reassuring. Dr. Fakhouri was easy going and personable and his medical assistants were so nice. His office followed up with me the next day. Highly recommend.
I went to see Dr. Fakhouri from a recommend and I'm so happy I made the decision. The doc and his team had the perfect mix of medical expertise and bedside manner. Omar, Jun and Shelby made the visits smooth and efficient, while the doc made sure I was comfortable at every step of the process. Dr Tolkachjov took excellent care of my father, he was able to remove ALL of his Squamous Cell cancer the very first go round! He was an excellent communicator and we left there with thorough instructions. Also, the front desk staff was super sweet! I didn’t catch her name but she’s very kind, patient and peaceful with the patients (and their nervous families!) she even shared her birthday cookies! 5 stars from start to finish from the initial scheduling, to surgery to check out! I would definitely recommend!
