My husband saw Morgan yesterday. Everyone including the nurse and the ladies at registration are all very welcoming and chill. Overall, great office, good vibes. Plus, they were on time which was great. I highly recommend.
Morgan was knowledgable, an active listener, and she was very realistic and eager to help me. She took her time with me and I appreciated the service. The staff had very good manners and customer service. The atmosphere was Amazing at 7 am in the morning! I am so hopeful to start my journey of healing with Dr. Morgan.
Everyone at this office is incredibly friendly and professional. The space is extremely clean and has a very calming atmosphere. Patricia Franklin, FNP-C, was wonderful—she listened to my concerns, explained every step, and made sure I felt comfortable with my treatment plan. I truly appreciate the level of care here. Highly recommend!
Location: Clarksville, TN This was not a good experience for myself and my son. We had an early morning appointment. Yet, we had to wait for a very long time. People that arrived after us were called back before us. Then, once in the room we had to wait at least 20 minutes before the doctor came in. The intake nurse was not friendly. She seemed irritated. My child was there for a follow up appointment to a previous visit that was a YEAR prior. The nurse was asking idiotic questions like was he the same height and weight. I... read more
Staff is very pleasant. I have had three different doctors treat me and all 3 of them were professional, friendly, easy to talk to and a great bedside manner. They explain things thoroughly and they LISTEN.
