I received excellent care and my experience at skin solutions dermatology was amazing, everyone was so kind and patient with me. I told the doctor and assistant that I always get anxious and dizzy when I knew they were going to start a process in which they used needles, they were very patient and were always attentive to me. Thank you so much Dr. Teresa Bailey and her assistant Alisiya Colby for making me feel welcomed and comfortable.
Staff and doctor were absolutely amazing!! I was terrified going in for my procedure but they were so amazing at calming me down. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. And the doctor even contacted me the day following the procedure to check on my. Highly recommend them!
I’m satisfied with the employees but, the Corporate policies are not conducive to good health practices. Instead of taking care of all your needs they do one at a time So they can make another appointment days or weeks later and collect another fee. Only addressing one thing at a time and not accomplishing anything is not good business and not good for the patient. I’m disheartened and disappointed in their business practices.
We had a good experience with the staff and doctors and appreciate their service. I am very disappointed though that they sent a $150 bill to collections after just two months from the time of service and were charged a 30% fee for it. When I called about the collection letter they didn't call me back for nearly two weeks. We were in the middle of moving this summer.
Amazing experience! The desk staff were very pleasant and the assistants were incredibly kind. I worked with Morgan Margelewicz and she was very understanding and accommodating. By far the best experience I’ve had in any kind of medical setting, couldn’t recommend enough!
