Don't come here. I moved here a month ago & this place is HORRIBLE! My apartment wasn't painted , cleaned or carpet cleaned. My apartment smells of Marijuana everyday from the ppl below Me. I called it in and maintenance came & agreed he smelled it but that's as far as that went. DIDN'T HAVE HOT WATER FOR FOUR DAYS!!! GOT THREATENED TO BE STABBED out in the parking lot by another resident at 2 am over parking that had zero to do with him. I have lived at Skybird Manor in Greensburg Indiana since May of 2015. We have had 5 managers, and so many maintenance men and a few Houskeepers. But I' think Tricia, Dan and Richard are trying. However, they came in at a time when things were and are still bad, but are working on things and yes, it's not as fast as we all would like. They came in with remaining issues caused by a fire, sewage issues, water leaks where several apartments have been really damaged. I can't wait to move out! This place is full of so much drama and negativity. Management is biased to ex mother in law in the building who is a tenant. This person pretty much gets to tell management what to do and they follow according to her specific personal needs and wants only. People drunk and fighting in the hallways. This is no place for someone who is handicapped and disabled. Poor management. Definitely not tenant friendly. Absolutely not a healthy community living environment.
I have called this place many times about leasing and I have been to this facility twice but there is a sign that says by appointment only. I can’t make an appointment because no one will return my calls. Also they have now leasing signs in the yard so this tells me they do have availability.
This is not a place you want anyone you love to live here......... They have told the residents that they are going to be out of fun for a couple days with no water ...... With no help from management....... Absolutely ridiculous so inconsiderate of other people and there well-being.
