I've been dealing with a horrible neighbor. My neighbor throws trash in front of my apartment, her son spits at my door and by my door. I've had a mediation with these people and hasn't solved anything... All I get is continued "yes, we understand" but nothing gets done. The neighbors son is now throwing stuff at my guest and also the parent has threatened to have someone come over here and hurt my family and threatened to spit in my guest face. Maintenance and management suck, gotta wait months to get something fixed,
This place used to be nice neighbors make it impossible to live here loud music until 3 in the morning.This place expects one air conditioner to cool down the whole apartment in the summer it’s 80 to 85 in the apartment even with the ac one while the office has central air.
Super noisy, this place is not ideal for people that work or have problems sleeping and wanting peace and quiet. I've complained to the owners and the manager here and nothing is being done. People blast their music all day and night without a care for their neighbors. Unfortunately I live here & if I'd had know it was gonna be like this I wouldn't have moved here.
