Move in fine. For $1100 for a 1 bed 1 Bath very expensive for how outdated it is but when I moved out they tried sticking me with a LES bill saying because of a Clause, even tho LES showed I paid every day until I moved out. The place overall is outdated for what you get also the parking lot is very tight.
Good place to live. The only complaint I have is, It would be great if tenants weren't allowed to keep the exterior doors propped open so their friends have easy access to the building. We live in a secured building, safety is my issue with this.
From the moment I walked into my future apartment in this apartment complex I knew I was home. Manager Angela is very easy to get along with, she listens to concerns and always finds a quick solution for any issue. I've lived here for over a year and it's been a great experience. Things break, of course, but they always get fixed the next or even the very same day. Great amenities (pool, gym, guest house) and peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend.
When I moved in there was cat food and hair embedded in the carpet- I have never owned a cat. It was as if no one had ever vacuumed the apartment. Maintenance never did come steam clean it, either. The ventilation in the bathroom was so bad that mold started to grow. Maintenance told me to just "keep cleaning it off the walls" but it only worked for so long. Neighbors are loud and obnoxious. Giving it 2 stars only because the location is nice and convenient.
My husband and I have lived at Skyline View Apartments for 11 years now and absolutely love it here. The office and maintenance staff are fantastic in taking care of any issues that may arise in a very timely fashion. We love that we are close to bike trails, parks, and many restaurants. It's a great location and a wonderful place to call home!
