I had a wonderful experience with Jenna Locke. She is very professional and truly understands customer needs and expectations . My project from start to finish was very smooth and quick . She sent me timely updates about the project progress and personally oversaw the whole process. Love the finished look! Jose did the measurements and the install. Great attention to detail. He unpacked all materials outside, covered the floors to protect them , cleaned, removed all materials. No speck of dust! Just beautiful shades
All went smoothly and as represented. Loved the display Studio where you could see each product hanging rather than a small sample and have someone explain the different options & how they worked (Coco) Jenna did a great job showing us options for our windows, measuring, pricing & contract details and warranties. Jose our installer called to verify date & time of installation and showed us how to operate each window function & went over the charging station with us. All were friendly & knowledgeable. Our experience with Skyline was first class from start to finish. Jenna, the specialist we worked with, was great in helping us make choices from the myriad options available. She knew when to let us discuss and when an expert opinion was helpful, and that really made the process painless. Skyline's scheduling team got us an appointment that worked with our timeline, and the installation tech, Jose, was fantastic. We will definitely doing business with them again in the future

I had a really great experience working with Skyline, specially Jenna and Lisa. Jenna helped my mom select beautiful shades for her newly remodeled home in Westlake. We threw away the old frumpy drapes and my mom wanted shades on a remote. Jenna spend lots of time showing us product (came back two times) and she really saw our vision. Often these new shades can look industrial. She assured us they would look elegant and still be functional.
