Our experience with Skyline was first class from start to finish. Jenna, the specialist we worked with, was great in helping us make choices from the myriad options available. She knew when to let us discuss and when an expert opinion was helpful, and that really made the process painless. Skyline's scheduling team got us an appointment that worked with our timeline, and the installation tech, Jose, was fantastic. We will definitely doing business with them again in the future
All went smoothly and as represented. Loved the display Studio where you could see each product hanging rather than a small sample and have someone explain the different options & how they worked (Coco) Jenna did a great job showing us options for our windows, measuring, pricing & contract details and warranties. Jose our installer called to verify date & time of installation and showed us how to operate each window function & went over the charging station with us. All were friendly & knowledgeable.
