My experience here at Slate Hill Apartments has been pleasant overall. The whole staff has been personable, professional, and prompt to respond or address all questions and concerns. I have only been here for a month, and my circumstances are a bit of an outlier, but I can say I enjoy living in this community. I feel safe, and just about anything one needs or wants is available within minutes walk or drive.

From the first phone call to get information on the 2 bedroom unit, to the in-person tour. Slate Hill has been very accommodating. I just moved in a few days ago and thus far things have been seamless. The unit was very clean. Information on how to set up internet was provided and even was delivered upon move in! ( My son was super excited about that!) I just am very grateful to have a safe place for my kids and I. Thanks to, Will, Megan and Keely! ~Shanda

I am writing on behalf of the managent and staff of Slate Hill. I have dealt with Nick (now trasferred to onother Champion Property), Megan and Meg who are currently there. Both are super nice and with all these 3 listed I have never had a conern resolving a maintenece issue and all questions were addressed in a timely manner. The aprtments are remodeled and done very nicely.

Disgusting...horrible...they look decent at first, but a pig is still a pig, even if you put lipstick on it!
BE WARNED POTENTIAL RENTERS!!! Countless times of having to do my own repairs and improvements to make the apartment function and energy efficient. Windows that leak air which in turns causes water to leak in when raining causing black mold that has had to be cleaned up by myself, not properly sealed AC/Furnace returns (leak air), interior doors that do not shut completely (warping frames), An owner who believes in not ever getting in touch with tenants.
