Outdoor boat and rv storage. No covered spaces. There are security cameras. Edit: Updated to 5 stars. They have added an on-site person part time to keep an eye out for any issues. We had an opportunity to talk with customer service, and they were very helpful and friendly. I do hope that they add some covered spaces in the future. Additional security measures on the perimeter would also be a great addition. We have had our camper here for a few weeks now, and so far we find it a safe and convenient place to keep it.

Great place to store your RV. However, more spacing is needed between parking spots AND the on ground numbered signs need to be removed denoting each spot. As more RV's and boats are stored on site, getting in and out of parking spots is going to become a huge issue.
Access in and out very easy and quick. Place is very clean and organized.
