I was very pleased with the service and my purchase. I bought two mattresses. Charles Sowards was my salesman and he worked with me until I found a mattress that felt great. I had previously purchased a Tempurpedic mattress online from Tempurpedic, along with an adjustable bed base, which was way too hard and I had to return it. I kept the adjustable base. We just left Sleep Outfitters with an incredible deal. Charles was very knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up with and adjustable base and a mattress with 120 day trial for cheaper than the Purple mattress itself that didn’t work for us at all. This is located where Lifeway Bookstore was on Hurstbourne
