Went in to buy a mattress in a box for my college student. Nolan was very patient with me as I went in twice before making the purchase. He was not pushy (I do not like pushy) and we made the decision a few days later. I believe he gave us the best price possible and we are happy with our purchase. We ended up also meeting his dad, Joe. They are two friendly and kind guys! We purchased the bed, box springs and a metal frame. I would not hesitate to return when I have the need.

Nolan was amazing, very knowledgeable when we didn't have a clue about the mattresess. He was also helpful in getting us the right accessories that we needed and at a discount. Highly recommend Nolan and Sleep Outfitters!!

I was very pleased with the service and my purchase. I bought two mattresses. Charles Sowards was my salesman and he worked with me until I found a mattress that felt great. I had previously purchased a Tempurpedic mattress online from Tempurpedic, along with an adjustable bed base, which was way too hard and I had to return it. I kept the adjustable base. Tempurpedic contracts out delivery service of their products, and the people who delivered it did not know how to set up the bed and they had to come back and fix it. Sleep outfitters delivery was great. They have in-house employees who deliver.No issues – they were very professional and helpful. They wore Footes to protect my carpet, were timely and took precautions for Covid-19. They were knowledgeable about my product and answered questions too! So very happy with the delivery. So Charles worked with me to find a replacement for the Tempurpedic I returned. It had to work with my adjustable base, so that was a concern. He was very knowledgeable about the mattress industry and I spent quite a bit of time talking to him, asking questions about mattresses and adjustable beds and checking out his products. He suggested that I lie on the one that I liked best several times before purchasing, so that’s what I did. There was no sales pressure. He guided me to the ones that would work best for me, and I am very happy with my purchase. He was professional and had good communication skills. I wish I had worked with Charles from the beginning-It sure would have saved me a lot of time! And, I had a comfort level because they have a good return policy, so I wouldn’t be stuck if I had any problems.They have a good selection of mattresses. I feel like sleep outfitters care about their customers and do everything they can to insure they get the right product and have a good shopping experience.

We just left Sleep Outfitters with an incredible deal. Charles was very knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up with and adjustable base and a mattress with 120 day trial for cheaper than the Purple mattress itself that didn’t work for us at all. This is located where Lifeway Bookstore was on Hurstbourne
