Delivered me a damaged boxspring which had been opened and taped back up and a mattress which had a seam coming apart. They replaced the boxspring but I no longer trusted them to replace the mattress.
It needs to be zero starts!! I have left 2 Google reviews and thru deleted the 1st one. what a shady corporation this company is. My mattress has numerous threads that are loose. And this is how it came and I paid over $3400 for mattress that will probably continue to loosen up as the mattress is laid on. I have not had goodnight of sleep since my purchase on 11/24/2021. Sleep Outfitters on Woodhill Drive in Lexington sold us a $6000 bed. The salesman told us we had 90 days to change our mind if we didn't like it. I've slept on it a week and a half and haven't had one night of decent sleep. My whole body aches every night and I slide off the side of the bed. I have a three month old and sleep is very important right now. They have told us we in fact cannot make a return and that the bed will get more comfortable in 45 days. I feel misled. We had a horrible experience at the Burlington office.....Nasty Nasty Nasty toward my husband and myself.... not treated with respect at all and I believe it had something to do with the color of our skin.......my husband went back a second time to pay the order off and to schedule a delivery date, the customer service rep wouldn't even take his money. We requested a refund over a week ago and they still have not returned the money back in our credit card.......I would never purchase or recommend Mattress warehouse to anyone
