Everyone here is excellent, super knowledgeable, professional, friendly, efficient! Today was our third purchase in four months, second time being helped by Jason. We trust him—very honest straightforward nice person. We told him what we needed, our budget, etc. He gave us his recommendation. Another great experience, this time with Jason Matsumoto’s help. He listened to our needs and preferences, and recommended just the right one. He explained the pros and cons of each one that we were considering, and we are very happy with our decision. He was never pushy, only very politely professional. It took less than an hour, more like 30 minutes. We have one more bed to replace, so we’ll be back!

We went to SlumberWorld on Beretainia to purchase a new bed. The reason we selected SlumberWorld was because of excellent reviews for service. Well, those reviews were right!! We were lucky enough to get hooked up with a salesman named Jason Matsumoto. I can't tell you how strongly we recommend him. He was so helpful in the store, and, more importantly, even came out to our house a couple of times to help us set up our new bed. He made everything work SMOOTHLY! Just great! Joel and Renee
