I can't say enough of this storage facility, management (BRICIA) is wonderful and very helpful with the hassle free move in, answered all my questions about the property and the process AND I WAS NOT RUSHED. My previous storage rental had a lot of thefts Mini U Storage, and staff was very short , but I was super impressed when I walked in the office they had a big screen with the cameras on the property showing what looks like "fort knocks", the day I moved in the property is completely surrounded with security cameras and ... read more
I want to say that the lady named Bricia has been nothing but helpful and pleasant every single time I see her. She is always cleaning up the spaces and chatting with folks in such a kind way I just thought I should let someone know what a wonderful person they have on staff!
Thank you Bricia! She was very kind and responsive. I kept my trailer there for a couple of years, moving it in and out for a few days here and there. I live out of town so I felt it was in a safe and secure place. The customer service was fantastic!!
Very responsible manager with attention to details and great communication. Very clean place, well lighted with security. Never had an issue, family oriented atmosphere and quick response to questions or concerns.
We’ve had a unit here for a few years now and haven’t had any problems! We went to our unit last Monday and we were contacted a few days later that we locked our unit in the “open” position 😅 The property manager, Bricia, walks the property regularly to check the units! I was able to rush right over to get it taken care of. I could not be more thankful she noticed our mistake. We will definitely keep our storage unit here as long as we have a need for it.
