I can't say enough of this storage facility, management (BRICIA) is wonderful and very helpful with the hassle free move in, answered all my questions about the property and the process AND I WAS NOT RUSHED. I want to say that the lady named Bricia has been nothing but helpful and pleasant every single time I see her. She is always cleaning up the spaces and chatting with folks in such a kind way I just thought I should let someone know what a wonderful person they have on staff!
Bricia is THE best! If we are late, she is always accommodating and does everything in her power to help out. We also forgot our keys and lemme say, perseverance doesn’t begin to accurately describe the attitude she used to tackle our issue.
I rent storage units in multiple cities to store equipment and supplies for events where my business does not have a warehouse and have done so 12+ years. This is hands down the most helpful and friendly storage business I have worked with. Bricia worked with us on multiple deliveries to our unit even offering to count boxes to make sure all items arrived. I would recommend Smart Space to anyone looking for storage space in the Colorado Springs area.
High praise for Bricia... she's able to find the best slot for me to bring my trailer. Someone should tell her bosses to give that woman a raise.
