Thank you Bricia! She was very kind and responsive. I kept my trailer there for a couple of years, moving it in and out for a few days here and there. I live out of town so I felt it was in a safe and secure place. The customer service was fantastic!!
I rent storage units in multiple cities to store equipment and supplies for events where my business does not have a warehouse and have done so 12+ years. This is hands down the most helpful and friendly storage business I have worked with. Bricia worked with us on multiple deliveries to our unit even offering to count boxes to make sure all items arrived. I would recommend Smart Space to anyone looking for storage space in the Colorado Springs area.
We’ve had a unit here for a few years now and haven’t had any problems! We went to our unit last Monday and we were contacted a few days later that we locked our unit in the “open” position 😅 The property manager, Bricia, walks the property regularly to check the units! I was able to rush right over to get it taken care of. I could not be more thankful she noticed our mistake. We will definitely keep our storage unit here as long as we have a need for it.
This is my first experience renting a storage unit and I was impressed! The communication was excellent and all of my questions were answered. Bricia even helped me purchase a lock over the phone that was inexpensive and reliable with three keys and she delivered it to my unit. She really made a difference in the experience! I know where to go if I ever need a storage unit again!
I have a unit here at smart storage and I have never had a problem with anything, very nice people and the newer security system they have in the yard and around the buildings lets me rest at night knowing my belongings are safe due to the cameras being heavily watched 24/7. Would highly recommend if your looking for a storage unit or Rv storage.
