The employees of this company went out of their way to genuinely care, support and help us with the process of getting my husband’s deceased brothers things. Office staff as well as warehouse men from start to finish they have been the best company we have ever dealt with!! Very ethical and compassionate! Job well done and we appreciate you!!
The new hire did a great job during our interaction. They were friendly, polite, and made me feel welcome. Even if they didn’t have every answer right away, they stayed positive, listened carefully, and made sure to help me. Overall, it was a great experience, and they left a very good first impression.
The 2 ladies up front were very helpful. I wasn't sure what i was looking for as far as size and Manda showed me the different sizes. They also printed me out a price sheet with the different sizes. Very friendly and willing to go above and beyond. I felt welcome.
Had to move from a competitors location on short notice. Smart space was super helpful getting me into a wonderful new unit same day. Would definitely recommend.
