The new hire did a great job during our interaction. They were friendly, polite, and made me feel welcome. Even if they didn’t have every answer right away, they stayed positive, listened carefully, and made sure to help me. Overall, it was a great experience, and they left a very good first impression.
Went and spoke with agent Shigeko about prices. She was very friendly and helpful. Had great prices as well. We set up a unit and will be moving some stuff in soon.
James was incredibly helpful and got me set up with professionalism and ease. I had a limited amount of time to get set up and he took time out of his lunch break to assist and set everything up. They honored the web price which was awesome and it took less than 30 mins to comple
Smooth and easy experience in setting up storage space. The prices are fair and terms are reasonable. The manager Manda did an exceptional job explaining the process and layout of the facilities. In addition the property is very clean. Highly recommended .
Very clean site, the management works hard to keep the place clean and safe place to store. Prices are the absolutely the best in the area. If you want your belonging safe, have great customer service then I'd definitely suggest you give Smart Space a look!! So happy I found this facility.
