So disappointed! When extra space, the staff went above and beyond. Informative, helpful, pleasant. Since switch I've dealt with staff on the phone and had one employee be difficult and said she was the manager only to stop in office for clarification and the manager I spoke to was not the one on the phone and said other employee lied. Looking for storage for my mother. This place was clean and convenient for us. Mary the lady in the office was super helpful and friendly. Think we found our spot.
I stopped in for pricing info. Steve explained how the rentals work. He took me on a tour of the facilities, explained how well the facility is maintained, and how they offer locks and insurance WITH NO DEDUCTIBLES! That's amazing!!!! And their offices are closed on Sundays, so their employees have family time. I will definitely be recommending EXTRA SPACE STORAGE to people. 😇
So this was an Extra Space Storage until just this past month. While it was an Extra Space the front gate rarely worked, the second floor was hot, it was rarely cleaned, bathrooms were always locked and inaccessible, but the rent was affordable and it was close. Just before the sale of this building my rent doubled. So it was time to move. Today I met the new manager Dawn.
