I have had such a wonderful day experience with Akira at this location she is so professional and so patient. Very timely service and she is detailed oriented which is appreciated. This is now my favorite location just because of her. She is always a pleasure to work with and highly recommend her service.
So disappointed! When extra space, the staff went above and beyond. Informative, helpful, pleasant. Since switch I've dealt with staff on the phone and had one employee be difficult and said she was the manager only to stop in office for clarification and the manager I spoke to was not the one on the phone and said other employee lied. I stopped in for pricing info. Steve explained how the rentals work. He took me on a tour of the facilities, explained how well the facility is maintained, and how they offer locks and insurance WITH NO DEDUCTIBLES! That's amazing!!!! And their offices are closed on Sundays, so their employees have family time. I will definitely be recommending EXTRA SPACE STORAGE to people. 😇
