So this was an Extra Space Storage until just this past month. While it was an Extra Space the front gate rarely worked, the second floor was hot, it was rarely cleaned, bathrooms were always locked and inaccessible, but the rent was affordable and it was close. Just before the sale of this building my rent doubled. So it was time to move. Today I met the new manager Dawn. I stopped in for pricing info. Steve explained how the rentals work. He took me on a tour of the facilities, explained how well the facility is maintained, and how they offer locks and insurance WITH NO DEDUCTIBLES! That's amazing!!!! And their offices are closed on Sundays, so their employees have family time. I will definitely be recommending EXTRA SPACE STORAGE to people. 😇

Jamila and Dawn were incredible from the time we walked in the door. Talk about awesome service. We drove nearly 15 hours and we were offered water on our way in and we were taken care of. Seriously these two are the best there is!

Jamilah is the kindest and most compassionate manager you can possibly Work with. Use this storage facility, you won’t regret it. Communication is amazing and the facility is immaculate. Thank you for everything you do Jamilah.
