I'm sure these are nice people but their hours of operation are not accurate. I came in on two separate days interested in renting out a unit. Once at 1pm on friday and another at 10am on monday. The first time they had a sign up saying they'll be back at 2pm so the office was completely closed. And the second time they had a different sign up saying to call a number since they are cleaning out a unit so the office was closed. So happy here! I moved in Dec.31 and Paige was so helpful. I love how spacious and clean it is. She is friendly and honest. The facility is always clean and there is a dolly to use. Auto lights work and very happy with their services and space! So glad I use them instead! Thank you !
After being a tenant for almost a year, I have had no problems, here. The storages they offer are good prices and the environment are always clean no matter what. The staff there are always helpful and friendly. (Personally I wouldn't leave 5 stars but this time I would)
I haven’t actually moved into the unit that I purchased online yet and the only thing I regret is actually buying it online. The staff here is actually really good friendly understanding and personable. I’ve had a few others, including CubeSmart at multiple locations in the past, but the staff here at Smart space l blow all of that out of the water.
We have been tenants for almost a year now. We moved in shortly after they opened. This place is wonderful! It's very neat and clean, multiple size units that are climate controlled or they have outdoor ones too. The staff is amazing and so helpful! I am very thankful we went to this location.
