Sophia is amazing. Through her busy schedule in helping as many people as she can, she took the time to stop me from crying with her unique sense of humor as I am in crisis right now. She is one of the kindest souls I've spoken to on the phone. I’ve been having a hard time with my Home Owner Insurance company. I was looking for a lawyer, Rafaela Was my customer service she was so patient amazing full of kindness and she refer me to a good lawyer and she said if any reason he doesn’t respond, call me back. I spoke with Rafaela, she was enormously helpful. She was very empathetic and understanding, and even though the case I wanted to refer was not a large case she believed that it's a case that someone should take, and she referred me to several lawyers who might have interest. She was great, and while I don't know if I have any of these lawyers will take the case I have to say that she was extremely supportive and helpful. The bar association, if that's who she works for her, should be thrilled to have her.
