Smartlock self storage has 24hr access and the app is easy to use...when I needed to rent a unit I didn't even have to speak with anybody...all online and hassle free! Thanks Smartlock!

This place is a convenient self service storage facility. They require a coverage plan which kinda felt like a hidden fee tbh. I only need the storage unit for like two weeks but it falls across different months - hoping they don’t charge me both months but with my luck…

Super Easy to locate unit. Clean facility, well lit, the app tells you if there are other people in the building at the same time as you. They have carts to help you move your things in. Overall really nice place!

If I could give negative stars I would. I have been trying to get out of my rented unit for 4 months now ($600 loss for me). I work over the road and have no way to take photos of my empty and clean unit. I would avoid this place at all cost. My unit didn’t have one of their locks when I first started renting, nor did it have the unit number. When I used my own lock, I was treated like I was stupid.
