Super Easy to locate unit. Clean facility, well lit, the app tells you if there are other people in the building at the same time as you. They have carts to help you move your things in. Overall really nice place!
If I could give negative stars I would. I have been trying to get out of my rented unit for 4 months now ($600 loss for me). I work over the road and have no way to take photos of my empty and clean unit. I would avoid this place at all cost. My unit didn’t have one of their locks when I first started renting, nor did it have the unit number. When I used my own lock, I was treated like I was stupid. I recently rented a storage unit at Smart Lock Self Storage and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From start to finish, everything has been smooth and convenient. The facility is clean and well-maintained, which gave me confidence in storing my items there. Access to the units is easy and secure. The location offers 24/7 access, which has been a lifesaver for me when I needed to get things in and out after work hours.
I was able to rent a storage unit last minute when I needed work done on my home. It was quick and easy! I never had to talk to anyone and I control everything from my phone!
I wasn't sure how this would work out for me. But in the end it seemed very helpful that you have 24/7 access. I felt safe because there just happened to be an officer patrolling nearby. Though that just may have been luck for me that evening. The ability to sound an alarm to find your unit was very helpful too. Note: when you unlock your unit, you will need to apply some strength behind the latch to push it over more. It had me stumped for a moment, no one to assist and I just had to figure it out .
