Love this place, its right around the corner from my house and I have 24 hour a day access. They've got security cameras watching, police patrol randomly. Last summer I had a unit that the chain broke for the door and I couldn't get the door to close. Called and they got someone over to fix it, but it took a few days, I was disappointed at first when I was told it'd take a couple days, because I've got alot of stuff in my unit. New client and customer service has been excellent and considerate of my needs. Team member was easy going and always super helpful to work through issues I had. Unit is clean and as would expect for storage space.
It was very easy to sign up for our third storage unit online. It happened quickly and seamlessly. I did that this morning and I’m already using the unit.
Signing up was easy. The app worked well when I went to check the unit before I move my stuff.
