This is a great storage unit. Was able to reserve everything online and get access to the building and my unit in about 10 minutes. Clean inside and they have a cart which helped move things along. Would definitely recommend!
The online rental option seems to be busted. I tried several times, and the transaction wouldn't go through. The units the website says are available turn out not to be (or there is some other issue), and you keep having to go back and try again. It was very frustrating and not worth the hassle. To boot, it says in the error message to call the facility, but there is no one to talk to. You get trapped in endless automated responses. This is a really nice and clean place to store your things. The things work like they should and the cart they have to help you haul stuff to your storage is very helpful.
Had storage unit for a month while between moves, great place, easy 24/7 access. Had an issue where they charged me again once I moved out and they refunded me immediately, great customer service.
