Very easy to pick a unit and the structure is overall nice, but I had issues with mice ruining my stuff in two separate units on two separate sides of the building, as well as the back of the building smelling like a rotting bathroom. Customer service online was of no help getting the manager access to the units and the manager wasn’t reachable any time I wasn’t at work, so unfortunately I had to remove what little wasn’t ruined and move out half a month early without refund. This is a great storage unit. Was able to reserve everything online and get access to the building and my unit in about 10 minutes. Clean inside and they have a cart which helped move things along. Would definitely recommend!
This is a very clean facility. The storage units are well lit and easy to access. With being open 24/7 it's easy for me to access my locker to get or put away my personals, as well as being easy to unlock with just my phone.
Took me only 5min to pick my unit, pay for it and get access to my storage space. Can't beat that. Yes I recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to deal with the hassle of searching, finding, and securing a safe reliable storage company. Fast, simple, easy.
What an incredible user experience. Last time I had to rent a storage space, it was a nightmare of a process. This rental was fast and easy, and they have a genius way to access the property. Highly recommend!
