It was so easy to rent a unit online. It literally took 5 min! The best part was the deal I got. 2 months for the cost of one! The facility was clean and using the app on my phone as the key was so helpfull. Just one less thing I have to worry about. I would definitely tell anyone to choose Smartlock Self Storage!!
I was told if I leave a 5 star review I will get $10 off next month's storage rental. I would have left a 4 star since they dont have dolliesor carts, but after coercing a 5 star review, they only deserve a 3. Also, part of the facility was flooded when I was loading up my storage space, but I was in a 'no other choice situation'
it's clean and size does hold weight in this one area. The units have the room for your belongings. If you r anything like me , you can feel secure with all your things are going to be safe and all there as you had put them to be. Don't have to worry about things coming up missing or about the climate ruining any of your sensitive properties like art or speakers technical things anything their climate control is good.
Mice ate, chewed on, and pooped all over our stuff! Mice living in our boxes! We incurred thousands of dollars worth of damage in a couple months' time. Just look around the hallways and out front to see dead mice and poop everywhere. It smells horrible. And they increased the rent too! Move out before your stuff gets eaten too :(
I like the 24 hr access. The keyless entry is cool but you have to keep your phone handy with the app open every⁹ time you come through the front door f movers are hired you have to hang out by the front door to let them in EVERY TIME. Last issue is the rat droppings. I opened my unit for 1st time and there were TONS of rat droppings. My unit wasn't swept before me. Only giving 5 stars so I'll get $10 off next month's rent
