Mice ate, chewed on, and pooped all over our stuff! Mice living in our boxes! We incurred thousands of dollars worth of damage in a couple months' time. Just look around the hallways and out front to see dead mice and poop everywhere. It smells horrible. And they increased the rent too! Move out before your stuff gets eaten too :(

Had a great experience renting with them! I love that everything can be done online which is convenient and you don’t have to make that extra trip to the location just to finish up paperwork. The climate on location is great for storing just about anything you may have at home and everything is done from your phone which make you feel safe since the front door can’t be opened without having an account nor can your unit. We rented the smallest storage unit available back at the end of May. The price was decent for the first 2 months, then doubled to around $70. We came down to retrieve everything today, only to find a recently deceased mouse in the unit, rodent feces everywhere, and holes in boxes where they had been chewed on by mice. The items we stored came from a clean dorm with regular pest control. There was also a huge puddle right inside the front door from a leaking roof.
Signing up for a unit online was super easy. I moved from Northern California to San Angelo for my job and will be travelling a lot so I needed an inexpensive and secure storage facility. I chose the smallest option simply because I came with what for into my car. However, I had to change to a different facility after 7 weeks of being out of town for work.
