So far it's really awesome. I like the idea of the locks being through the app. The hallways between the units are a tight fit trying to move any large items through and the open roof of the unit is kinda strange because of lack of privacy in your unit. But the cameras seem to have the security part covered. Overall it's nice so 5 stars

Prompt customer service. Solved my issue on my unit right away. Low cost storage rental. Way less than what I was paying for my other unit which didn’t even have climate control. Would definitely recommend this facility.
Quick, efficient and just what I needed for a last minute storage unit. Loved that they have a cart to help carry things to your unit to save trips.
I had to go in and find my briefcase key. I had put it in a different place when I moved in here, so I had to go thru a few boxes to find it. The lights are great so I don’t have to look in a dark room.
