I decided last minute that I wanted to get a storage unit while we were moving. I read reviews for Smartlock online and saw nothing but great reviews. I have to say that the online renting process and electronic keys through an app for entrance and your unit have made this an extremely easy and time efficient experience! I was pleased to be able to get into the unit within an hour of renting. We are very happy with everything so far!
Just signed up for our first storage unit with Smartlock Self Storage. The online booking and completion process was quick, simple and straightforward. The rates are very competitive and they are running a great promotion for 50% off the first 2 month. Definitely one to consider for climate controlled spaces.
DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE UNIT COMPANY!!! We came to our storage unit to retrieve our belongings and the battery is dead on the unit lock. We cannot access our belongings. The help desk could not get a hold of the property manager - they would not answer the phone over a one hour span when help desk tried to reach them. The key inside the lock box is missing - is my stuff still in my unit??? Who has that master key??? Love this storage! So easy to use! From first time renting and even time after, they are supportive and helpful! Totally recommend Smartlock Self Storage!
I was looking for a storage company that was reasonable and close by. I happened to get a referral from a friend about the company he was personally using. From the way everything went using the quick and efficient way online I have yet to run into any problems. NO LOSING OR MISPLACING MY KEYS. NO HOT AND STUFFY OUTSIDE STORAGE. It's very different than the old fashioned companies but I think it's the neatest thing next to sliced bread.
