Absolutely love that they’re 24 hours and I don’t have to keep up with a key or remember a pin to get into my storage unit. I don’t go anywhere without my phone so for it to be accessible on my phone is the best part of the storage.
It's a great place to store all priceless belongings along with things you just can't let go of. Also the fact you use your phone to lock and unlock your storage unit is very handy and you don't even have to buy a lock

I decided last minute that I wanted to get a storage unit while we were moving. I read reviews for Smartlock online and saw nothing but great reviews. I have to say that the online renting process and electronic keys through an app for entrance and your unit have made this an extremely easy and time efficient experience! I was pleased to be able to get into the unit within an hour of renting. We are very happy with everything so far!
