I have been Super Excited to get braces so I could achieve that perfectly aligned smile. This was my first visit, and I have to say—it was truly an amazing experience! Dr. Alexander was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I felt at ease from the moment I sat in the chair. He took his time to explain things I never knew about proper teeth management, and I walked away not only with cleaner teeth but also with more confidence in how to care for them. First thing I would like to say is this office is extremely clean which is very important to me, their bedside manner is exceptional, lastly but not the least I could go on and on about this office but again last thing is they were very patient. Which is a super plus for me cause the dentist gives my anxiety anxiety lol!! So yeah they definitely deserve my 5 stars!! Also the Dentist whom office it is run or own by makes you feel really comfortable he is awesome for that!! Thanks again Smile365!
Very friendly and supportive. Despite the dismaying news, they were kind and gentle, and I intend to return for my dental needs thanks to their wonderful service. Dr. Alexander, Alia and Aliyah were all fantastic.
THIS IS THE DENTIST YOU WANT!! I have never even liked a dentist before. Just tolerate as something one has to do; but I am LOOKING SO FORWARD to my next cleaning! Best cleaning ever! He even cleaned my tongue! Creates a video playlist for all his clients to enjoy while he works on you. I'm recommending to everyone!
