I had been using Smile Dental for years, but after my last visit, I will never go back. Dr. Basha was extremely rude throughout the appointment and kept rushing me. During the consultation, he constantly interrupted me, barely explained his recommendations, and seemed more interested in getting me scheduled for procedures than in providing proper guidance. I’ve always dreaded going to the dentist, but Dr. Basha completely changed that for me. From the moment I walk in, the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. He’s incredibly gentle, explains everything clearly, and always makes sure I’m comfortable every step of the way. I never feel rushed or anxious, and I actually leave my appointments feeling relieved instead of stressed. I can’t recommend Dr. Basha and his team enough—if you’re someone who avoids the dentist out of fear or discomfort, this is the place to go!
The best dentist in town. Exceptional service and communication. Dr. Basha is very professional and pays attention to every little detail. Alba is one of the kindest persons I have ever met. You really feel valued as a customer and as a person in this clinic. I highly recommend it to everyone!
These guys are the real deal. Very friendly, yet professional. They're gentle and make you feel pretty comfortable through every dental procedure, no matter how basic or complicated it may be. And of course, the overall service is pretty good. I have quite some dental work to do over the next several months, and they have handled all my needs very swiftly and professionally.
