Amazing! I first came to Dr Thomas Gibbs for an emergency visit, right from the start Jill who answered my call and was so informative and nice! Then to Dr Gibbs he was so nice knowledgeable and kind he fixed me right up! From this encounter I was already a fan! Then I came in for my next appt and Dr Jessica Gibbs omg! Routine appointment and all went well. Staff always excellent....and my teeth were cleaned and X-rayed and on my way I went The cleaning was excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful. The aide doing the cleaning gave me some "flosser picks" to use in hard-to -reach places when I brought the subject up. It's nice that they give you something to help you care for your teeth better at home.
Kind and knowledgeable professionals. They took care of me. I had an emergency root canal done by Tom and for the first time in my life, after visiting a dentist, I had work done and didn't have pain the following day with the completed work. With every other dentist I've visited, something always hurts the next day, usually some of the needle pokes from the anesthetics but not this time. No pain, No swelling, No discomfort whatsoever. I had to have two crowns replaced as an emergency. I was quite nervous and the entire staff from reception to hygienists to Dr Timothy Gibbs himself, made me feel very comfortable and were wonderful in getting my work finished quickly and effortlessly. I highly recommend them!
I have been under the care of Dr. Gibbs and his wonderful staff, specially Barb and Jill for almost twenty years. I highly recommend them. I recommend that everyone gets their teeth cleaned and checked twice a year. I attribute my healthy teeth/gums due to their care. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
