I want to thank publicly Dr Jessica Gibbs and all the office staff for taking care of my painful tooth. Dr. Jessica was so kind and helpful in explaining the problem, quickly assessing what I needed and getting a recommendation and an appointment to an excellent endodontist who took care of me at the end of his day, because of his respect for Dr. Gibb's office. Amazing! I first came to Dr Thomas Gibbs for an emergency visit, right from the start Jill who answered my call and was so informative and nice! Then to Dr Gibbs he was so nice knowledgeable and kind he fixed me right up! From this encounter I was already a fan! Then I came in for my next appt and Dr Jessica Gibbs omg! I have been under the care of Dr. Gibbs and his wonderful staff, specially Barb and Jill for almost twenty years. I highly recommend them. I recommend that everyone gets their teeth cleaned and checked twice a year. I attribute my healthy teeth/gums due to their care. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
The best dental experience I've ever had. All the staff are lovely, and professional. I always look forward to going, because no matter the procedure, they make you feel comfortable and heard. I recommend Dr Jessica Gibbs to all of my friends and co-workers :-)
Routine appointment and all went well. Staff always excellent....and my teeth were cleaned and X-rayed and on my way I went The cleaning was excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful. The aide doing the cleaning gave me some "flosser picks" to use in hard-to -reach places when I brought the subject up. It's nice that they give you something to help you care for your teeth better at home.
