love all the staff at Smile Line Dentistry! Everyone is so professional, clinic is always clean and Dr. Ghobrial is always to helpful and friendly! My husband and I have been coming here for about 2-3 years and we will continue coming to this office. A bonus they are also super festive
The team at Smile Line has demonstrated patient-focus time and again. The team is always checking on my comfort during cleanings and other procedures. They check that I understand both on the financial and medical aspects of my care. They have provided excellent guidance on dental care that has resulted in improvements to my health and appearance. They are flexible with scheduling around my busy schedule. It's been a great experience receiving care from this group!
I am writing this review to share my deeply disappointing experience with one of the staff members at this clinic. I called today (9/25/2025) to reschedule my appointment for tomorrow because I am not feeling well. Instead of being met with understanding or even basic courtesy, I was told I would need to pay a cancellation fee of around $100. I completely trust Dr. Joseph Ghobrial of Smile Line Dental, as I have been his patient for decades. I have bone loss osteopenia, so my teeth are more high maintenance than the average person, and I am glad for Dr. Ghobrial's positive input. Years ago, Dr. Ghobrial helped me make a habit of Water Pik and flossing. Our whole family sees Dr. Ghobrial.
