love all the staff at Smile Line Dentistry! Everyone is so professional, clinic is always clean and Dr. Ghobrial is always to helpful and friendly! My husband and I have been coming here for about 2-3 years and we will continue coming to this office. A bonus they are also super festive
I am writing this review to share my deeply disappointing experience with one of the staff members at this clinic. I called today (9/25/2025) to reschedule my appointment for tomorrow because I am not feeling well. Instead of being met with understanding or even basic courtesy, I was told I would need to pay a cancellation fee of around $100. I completely trust Dr. Joseph Ghobrial of Smile Line Dental, as I have been his patient for decades. I have bone loss osteopenia, so my teeth are more high maintenance than the average person, and I am glad for Dr. Ghobrial's positive input. Years ago, Dr. Ghobrial helped me make a habit of Water Pik and flossing. Our whole family sees Dr. Ghobrial. Love Smile Line! The staff is so nice and Dr. G is an amazing dentist. Great bedside manner and super gentle. Been going there for years. I recently had a cracked filling fixed. I was in and out in 45 mins and didn’t feel a thing.
I recently became a patient at Smile Line and I’m so glad I found this office and team. From the initial appointment scheduling online, to the first dental consultation appt, and my latest appt for deep cleaning; everything has been seamless and more importantly painless and comfortable. - As soon as you walk in, the lobby is so nicely decorated and the front desk staff is extremely welcoming.
