Dr. Jackie is the best! My 23 month old daughter had so much at her dental visit. The office is bright, clean and the staff is super welcoming. I learned more from this visit about how to clean my daughter’s teeth than I did with a different pediatric dentist. Great experience for my daughter which is what is most important for these early dentist visits.
Time after time, my daughter’s favorite and only Dr she gets excited to go see. Always smooth, easy and pain free. And she comes home w educational gifts/ tools for her oral health. Thank you, Dr Jackie!!!
My kids (3y & 4y) LOVE going to the dentist because of Dr. Jackie! They had first time jitters, but Dr. Jackie's warm personality and kind approach put them at ease. We have been back for a few visits and the care each time is exceptional. She explains everything so clearly! The office is clean and fun. The ceiling TVs are such a fun idea and my kids also look forward to the toy wall. Highly recommend Dr. Jackie & her team!
I wanted to share my experience in a friendly way, as transparency is so helpful for us parents. While I truly appreciate the team's initial friendliness and how they interacted with my daughter, we did encounter a few things that gave us pause and that I feel are important for other families to be aware of. We were initially told that nitrous oxide ("laughing gas") wouldn't work for my daughter because she apparently "failed a test." I cannot say enough about how much we love Dr. Jackie and her team! They are available, they know teeth, and are very kid friendly and approachable. One of my kids had an emergency dental issue and Dr Jackie got us right in and helped to remedy the situation. I am so glad we switched from our previous dentist to this practice.
