We first visited Smile Out Loud in May when my 6 year old was having horrible tooth pain. We immediately fell in love with the office and every team member from Inga, the receptionist to Dr. Jackie. Literally every person you encounter here is friendly, patient, compassionate, knowledgeable, and efficient. We’ve had several follow up visits since then and they only get better. Dr. Jackie is the best! My daughter loves going to the dentist and her teeth are immaculate. Doctor is professional, caring and just excellent at her job. The place is clean and fun and has prizes for kids. Can’t recommend highly enough
My daughter has a major phobia of anything dental related and she couldn’t stop sharing what an amazing experience it was. Dr Jackie has such a gentle, engaging and professional energy. She patiently let my daughter know all the steps she’d be taking for the tooth extraction and it was a painless experience. The office is beautiful and they offer Sunday appointments which is so convenient for teens in school and working parents. Highly recommend!
The clinic is absolutely wonderful! The entire staff is patient and has such a positive, smiling approach toward children. I want to specifically mention Dr. Jackie, who is simply amazing!!! so patient and gentle. My daughter had a very bad experience with a different doctor in the past and had refused all dental treatments. Somehow, Dr. Jackie managed to get her to cooperate and even completed a full dental procedure without a single tear or any resistance! Simply wow! Thank you so much!
So grateful for the wonderful care my daughter has gotten at Smile Out Loud with Dr. Jackie. Within a few months of her teeth coming in, I noticed something was off. Within the following year, I was told by multiple dentists that my 2 year old would need extensive dental work which would require her to be sedated. All the NYC area hospitals had a years-long waitlist, many refused my insurance saying they would only accept Medicaid.
