These guys are fantastic! I experience a lot of anxiety with dental procedures, but they made me feel at ease during my visit. Dr. Bal and his team did an excellent job with my tooth extraction! Thank you to the whole team @ Ottawa Dental Centre!

Wajma was super friendly and gave very good service. Zarina and Dhwani were very kind and helpful receptionists.

They put all my fears to rest, the dentist there is so nice, I felt a little woozy after my extraction, and he sat there with me, and made sure I was OK. After a very painless extraction. A few days later he worked in my front teeth, and was very nice. I felt minimum discomfort (obviously some is to be expected) and he also seen me on a last minute basis in between patients because I had some concerns. The assistants, and the desk workers are all so nice, and helpful. J don't want another dentist! 10/10

My name is E. R. Hawkins, I'm a fairly new patient there, but my experiences have been beyond exceptional!!! Every single person that works there is super friendly! The dentist's are Masters at their trade. I've never had better service!! From extraction to cleaning, they are BY FAR the BEST I've experienced! One would not regret chosing them as their dentist!!

Since 2021 till date, they have been very consistent with cancelling appointment a day or 2 before the appointment date that they scheduled by themselves. It is so disgusting and i lost total confidence in their service. Will not advice anyone even my enemies to take their kids here..
