I had such a great experience with Wajma, the hygienist! She was so sweet, patient, and kind throughout the entire appointment. She made me feel really comfortable and was very gentle and reassuring. She did an amazing job with my cleaning and made the whole experience so much easier and more comfortable. Definitely recommend her!
They were very kind, professional, clean, and my teeth look/feel great. Wajma is an amazing hygienist who is extremely gentle and takes good care of you as her patient. I am so happy to have found my dentist office for myself and my family.
I had a cleaning with Wajma the dental hygienist and she did an amazing job! She made me feel comfortable, made sure to listen to and solve all my problems. She even made me a stress ball😃 wonderful 10/10 experience.
My daughter just had a molar chip fixed and Dr Bal was amazing. She gets increasingly anxious with needles and any dental work. Dr Bal made sure she was OK. She did not even feel the needle! She was very happy with the treatment and Dr Bal. The staff was great as well. Would recommend!
These guys are fantastic! I experience a lot of anxiety with dental procedures, but they made me feel at ease during my visit. Dr. Bal and his team did an excellent job with my tooth extraction! Thank you to the whole team @ Ottawa Dental Centre!
