Dr. Freddy, along with his dental assistant, hygienist, and front desk team, were incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. Even as first-time patients, we immediately noticed how much the staff genuinely cares for their patients—they were personal, attentive, and thorough in every interaction. We’ll definitely be returning!
Loved this location! I got the staff member there are super nice and attentive. Got 4 extractions done here and honestly I loved the experience didn’t have any complications. I’ve been traumatized in the past with an extraction I did at a different dental facility and today I can actually say thanks to Dr.Freddy & staff I lost that fear. 😂I appreciate them for helping me out & I will 100% recommend any family member or friend to visit Smiles of Ocoee. We have had a great experience at Smiles of Ocoee. The customer service and communication with the office is outstanding. My son is very pleased with the care he has received from Dr. Mezquia and his staff. They are very thorough from the front desk to the treatment room. He has had 2 extractions with bone grafts, and felt no pain. His recovery is going well. Thank you for the exceptional care!
Wow the best dentist of all. I live in miami and traveled just to se Dr. Mezquia. Lets just say it's worth the travel. Very professional very nice and humbling very quick and all. I was in so much pain and same day I was pain free. Highly recommend.
